    NAPLES — A privately owned, multimillion-dollar soccer complex with a 7,000-seat stadium could be coming to land owned by Collier County taxpayers. Commissioner, Georgia Hiller is proposing a public-private partnership with the SW Florida Soccer Foundation Inc., which would offer at least $1 million in start-up money over the next five years to get the ball rolling on the state-of-the-art project.The nonprofit SW Florida Soccer Foundation formed in 2012 in Collier and Lee counties. It owns the region’s Adrenaline semi-professional soccer franchise, with players in the United Soccer League and the Player Development League.
